EU Cohesion Policy 2021-2027: Practical Seminar on Full Project Cycle for Professionals
EU Cohesion Policy 2021-2027: Practical Seminar on Full Project Cycle for Professionals
This two-day practical seminar takes participants through the full project cycle of EU Cohesion Policy 2021-2027 under the Common Provisions Regulation. Starting with programming and intervention logic, the seminar follows the path from call design, project selection and contracting to implementation, reporting, management verifications and audit.
Along this cycle, participants will work on practical issues such as indicators, eligibility rules, selection criteria, SCOs/FNLC, procurement, visibility, risk-based controls, IT systems and audit trail requirements. Using practical examples and case discussions, the seminar shows how risks arise at different stages of the project cycle and how they can be identified, documented and managed from both the project and programme authority perspective.
A hands-on seminar for authorities, auditors and project professionals.
